　　个人简介：
　　严成其，博士，研究员，浙江省“151”人才工程第一层次。
　　1986年9月－1992年12月上海复旦大学遗传学专业学习获硕士学位；2002年9月-2007年9月，浙江大学生命科学院博士，材化学院博士后。
　　曾在国际水稻研究所、澳大利亚CSIRO Plant Industry和亚洲蔬菜发展研究中心学习和合作研究。
　　主要从事植物新种质资源的挖掘利用，抗病基因的克隆及机理研究。主持疣粒野生稻高抗广谱白叶枯病新基因的鉴定与利用（863重大），水稻抗白叶枯病基因工程，野生稻与栽培稻体细胞杂交创制新种质，水稻抗真菌的基因工程等省市重大（点）项目15项。取得了一系列研究成果。
　　通过国际合作项目从国外引进名特优新品种（材料）572个，利用生物和常规技术筛选获得10余个经济效益高的新品种，已在生产上应用，进一步扩大推广。以第一完成者获省科技进步奖3项，发表论文72篇。获国家发明专利1个，出版著作2部。
